上海应用技术大学教授,19683月生,浙江东阳人。博士、教授,博士生导师。上海市政协委员、民进上海市委委员。中国化学会和美国化学会会员、中国药学会高级会员;《中国化学快报》通讯编委,《Tetrahedron》、《Tetrahedron Letter》、《应用化学》、《化学学报》和《有机化学》等杂志的审稿专家。1995年,毕业于中国科学院上海有机化学研究所有机化学专业获得理学博士学位。1997年成为复旦大学化学系的博士后。1997–2009年间在华东理工大学化学与分子工程学院,教授,博导。200910月至今,上海应用技术大学化学与环境工程学院院长(至201411月),上海应用技术大学药物创新研究所所长。20137月至30143月,加拿大滑铁卢大学化学工程系高级访问学者。

多年来潜心教学、悉心育人,带领团队开展科学研究和技术开发工作,培养了大量的科研人才。已在国内外发表高水平研究论文140多篇,SCI收录论文44篇。申请发明专利61项,已授权9项。已指导毕业硕士研究生100余名、博士研究生10多名、工程硕士20名及国内外进修教师多名。

2012年被评为上海市优秀学术带头人(制药工程),获得 “上海市育才奖 2013年被评为制药工程领域的上海市优秀学术带头人。基于在氟化学和药物合成方面做出的杰出贡献,还获得科学中国人(2013)年度人物”-杰出青年科学家奖。2014年带领团队获得上海市科技进步奖三等奖,并获得第二十六届上海市优秀发明选拔赛优秀发明奖。2014年带领的上海应用技术学院制药工程团队获得上海市总工会的教育先锋号称号。同时,担任2014年中国化学会第十三届全国氟化学会议主席,该会议取得圆满成功。

主要研究领域包括:有机氟化学基础研究、手性含氟药物以及含氟生物活性物质的合成研究;新药研发及仿制药创新工艺研究、医药原料药及其中间体的合成工艺过程和绿色生产工艺研究等。科研工作颇具特色,在有机氟化学基础研究、新药研发及药物创新合成工艺等领域取得了丰硕成果。
